6:00 p.m. Public Comment on a potential Morgan Parks and Recreation Special Services District and potential Parks and Recreation Facilities and Activities. This is not a formal Public Hearing. The County is considering creating a Special Service District for these purposes. Public Hearings will be called and held if the County proceeds with the creation of a Special Service District.
6:15 p.m. Discussion/Decision – Approve Parks & Recreation Budget Resolution CR-10-09
6:25 p.m. Grant Crowell – Discussion/Decision – Adopt Ordinance CO-10-07 pertaining to financial assurance for required subdivision improvements
6:45 p.m. Grant Crowell – Discussion/Decision – Adopt Ordinance CO-10-02 relating to Geologic Hazards
7:30 p.m. Grant Crowell – Discussion/Decision – Adopt Budget Resolution CO-10-10
